Sensei Śliwiński is connected with martial arts for 25 years. He started as a boy in the best polish Dojo in Judo Czarni Bytom. Achieving many years of experience, he trained and knew also many martial arts, such as: Iaijutsu, Aikibujutsu, Krav Maga, Kendo, Karate. However, in the end he has chosen Yoshinkan and Seiseikai Aikido, in which he earned the highest specialization. Sensei Śliwiński passed his master and Yoshinkan instructor exam in front of the co-author of Yoshinkan Aikido system and the creator of Seiseikai and Reiseikai systems, last of the great masters, now deceased, Saiko Sihan Kiyoyuki Terada Hanshi 10th Dan

Sensei Śliwiński is the only fundator of our school. After opening the dojo, he asks Saiko Terada Hanshi for its registration in the headquarters Yoshinkan Honbu and to give its name. Saiko Terada Hanshi granted this request by giving the name “Seimeikan” which means “bright, clear, with a cheerful spirit dojo” and registering it not only in Yoshinkan Hombu, but also in Seiseikai Terada Hombu. Due to the Sensei Śliwiński initiative and his friends from Seiseikai, Seiseikai Yoshinkan Aikido Poland federation has been established, which our school is included in. On the behalf of Sensei Śliwiński invitation 2 times per year our mentor and teacher of Sensei Śliwiński Sihan Matsuo Masazumi 8th Dan AYF is visiting Poland. At present School of Martial Arts Seimeikan carries out lessons in four cities on the land of the whole south Poland and the number of students, who decided to earn knowledge from Sensei Śliwiński is about 200 students and it is still growing. Sensei Śliwiński mission is to promote and develop the inheritance of Kancho Shioda and Saiko Terada in Poland as also developing Shinkendo throughout Poland, a system created by Kaiso Toshishiro Obata, from who Sensei Śliwiński received the title of Shinkendo instructor.

Once, he said about himself:
“…Looking at my experience, you could say many things are behind my, also many things I have achieved… It really looks like this. O’Sensei once said about himself that he is an old man who created Aikido, but in the world of martial art, he is still a child. In my opinion, it is the beginning of my path, which I have finally found and for me it is not an adventure but the meaning of life. Remember that everyone, regardless their age, can choose and start his own way, which he will follow. In the life of everyone there is never too late for education. Not abilities, but perseverance and commitment are the keys to success…”
